About the UARK
The UARK was formed on March 19, 2009 as a result of merge of two associations – Association of Realtors of Kazakhstan and National association of Realtors.
These were the two biggest organizations representing the interests of professionals working on effective developing real estate of Kazakhstan, taking an important place in improving realtor activities, activating communication between realtor agencies , speaking with initiative in legislative during the last 6-7 years.
The main aim of forming UARK is to develop modern real estate on the base of legislative and normative base and setting the system of professional standards for its participants. Using its own infrastructure for the protection of the general interests and seeking satisfaction of immaterial requirements of members of the association, expansion of their opportunities in professional, scientific- technical and social development.
For these purposes UARK actively works in the sphere of re-qualification of its realtor workers and has based the Kazakhstan School of Realtors.
