About hiring of new members in the United Association of Realtors of Kazakhstan

1. Order of conversion and hiring process.

1.1 The firm interested in the entry in UARK may get necessary information about the work of the association in folder – presentation in the executive bodies of UARK.

The presentation folder consists of :
- statute of ARK;

An amendment about hiring new members in the ARK; the list of services used by ARK members; list of corporations, counsel staff of the UARK; the code of ethic and practical standards of UARK. The application form – the obligations for the entry in UARK.

If necessary the vice president – executive director organizes the meeting between the UARK President and a corporation’s manager interested in the entry to UARK.

1.3 Documents reception on the entry to UARK is realized by the executive director of UARK. The file of documents consists of : -application - obligation for the entry in UARK,

–copies-of the constituent documents legally certified or marked by the stamp of a company:
-statutes,
- Protocol of constituent meeting about the legal body arrangement,
-Registration certificate.

1.4 All members of UARK are notified about application supply in two weeks before its consideration by the counsel staff during following meeting. Employees of the executive bodies on behalf of the counsel and with participation of the UARK representative if necessary visits the company’s office which has previously sent the entry application and offers its conclusion on the requirements’ matching that were required to receive from the company-member of UARK.

1.5 If there is the diversion from the applicant corporations , this fact will be examined on the meeting of the Counsel staff of the UARK. The representatives of the joining corporations and also the representatives of the corporation supplying diversion will be invited.

1.6 Considering the joining of the corporation in UARK is discussed during the Counsel meeting with the invitation of the company’s CEO. 1.7 Since it is decided to join the applicant corporation to UARK and after the membership fees payment a new member has all rights to use all the services of the organization.

2. Exclusion from UARK and Responsibility

2.1 The corporation can be excluded from UARK in the following cases:

-When the corporation disturbed the Statutes or Ethic Code and Practice Standards two times during one year.

-Didn’t accomplish the membership payment during two months at the beginning of the year;
If the corporation which is a member of the Counsel doesn’t pay the fees in time, it can’t vote during the Counsel meeting and can be excluded from the UARK.
